 Paneer Pulao



Ingredients -1


Oil - 2tbsp 

Ghee - 1tbsp

Cinnamon - 1

Cardamom -2

Cloves -3

Bay leaves -2

Star anise - 1

Onion - 1 (thinly sliced) 

Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp

Green chilly - 3

Paneer - 250gm

Carrot - 1

Beans - 10

Green peas - 1/4cup

Salt - as you need

Garam masala - 1tsp

Coriander leaves 

Mint leaves 

Basmati rice -1 cup 


Method :


🍁First cut the paneer into medium size cubes, & take a pan add oil and shallow fry them and keep aside 


🍁 In a pressure cooker add oil & ghee and add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, bay leaves & star anise, let it temper 


🍁 Add onions and saute for 2 mins and add ginger garlic paste and saute 

 it  add green chilly, carrot, beans and green peas and saute for 2mins


🍁 Add finely chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves 


🍁 Add required salt and 1tsp Garam masala & mix it well


🍁 Now add fried Paneer and gently mix it, pour 2 cups of water and check the Salt level


🍁 Add the soaked rice and pressure cook for 1 whistle 


🍁 Finally garnish with coriander leaves
