▶️ Close the pan and wait for 10mins. Open after 10mins and mix the rice gently

▶️ The flame should be medium and cook for another 10mins and switch off the stove

▶️ Close the pan / cooker and wait for 15-20mins

▶️ The rice cooked completely and mix it gently from the corner..  Finally garnish with corriander leaves add some ghee if you want

Notes :

** I used fresh turmeric, you can use the regular turmeric powder

** You can use the open pot or pressure cooker.. When you close the cooker use big plate and place the pestle/ moratar at the top..

** Adjust the green chilly as per your choice
