 Curd rice / தயிர் சாதம் 



Ingredients 


Cooked white rice - 1cup (mashed) 

Curd - 1/4cup

Warm milk - 1/2cup

Butter - 1tsp

Salt - as you need 


For tempering 


Oil - 1tsp

Mustard seeds - 1/2tsp

Urad dhall - 1/4tsp

Green chilly - 1 (finely chopped) 

Curry leaves - finely chopped 

Coriander leaves - finely chopped 


Method :


🍒 For tempering take Tadka add oil mustard seeds and urad dhall let it temper and add green chilly and curry leaves 


🍒 Add this to cooked and mashed rice and mix it,  now add the curd & milk and mix it well 


🍒 Check salt level and add as per your choice 


🍒 Add butter and mix it with rice


🍒 Finally garnish with coriander leaves 


🍒 Add Pomogranete if you want
