Coconut Biscuit 




Ingredients 


Butter - 100gm

Brown sugar -100gm

All purpose flour - 1cup

Baking powder - 1/4tsp 

Baking soda - 1/4 tsp

Desicated coconut - 3/4cup

Milk - 1/4cup

Vanila essence - 1/2 tsp


Method :


🔹 In a bowl add Butter and beat well with electric beater 


🔹 Add brown sugar and beat again & add vanila essence


🔹 Add the flour, baking soda & baking powder and just mix with your hand 


🔹Now slowly add the milk and just mix it.. And make a dough 


🔹 Stretch the dough and make a cylinderical shape and cut it or You may also roll out the dough and cut into different shapes 


🔹 Preheat the oven in 180• C and Place the tray in middle of the rack and it will take 17-19 minutes and you have a keep an eye for the last few minutes because they tend to brown fast.


🔹 Once it's cool down completely it will be crispy 


Notes :


*** I used self raising flour, so I don't add baking powder. 


*** Don't reduce the sugar and butter level


*** While adding milk add little by little,  don't pour the milk
