 Mutton Sukka



Ingredients :1

Mutton - 500gm

Water - 1.5cups

Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp

Salt - 1/2tsp

Ingredients - 2

Oil - 2tsp

Cinnamon - 1 inch

Cardamom - 3

Cloves - 3

Corriander seeds - 2tbsp

Pepper - 1tsp

Cumin seeds - 1tsp

Fennel seeds - 1/2tsp

Kashimiri chilly -2

Red chilly whole - 5

Shallots - 5 

Curry leaves  - 1sprig


Ingredients -3

Oil - 4tbsp

Onion - 1 (big, finely chopped) 

Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp

Curry leaves - 1 sprig 

Corriander leaves - 1tbsp 

Salt - as you need 


Method 


▶️  First clean the Mutton and cut into small pieces and take a pressure cooker add mutton, salt, turmeric and water and wait for 4-5 whistle or untill mutton get soft


▶️ Take a pan add oil and add  ingredients-2 and roast for few minutes,once it's completely cool down grind it to fine paste (add little water) and keep aside 


▶️ Take a wide pan add oil once it's hot add finely chopped onion and saute well till its light brown colour ,and add Ginger garlic paste and saute for 2mins 

▶️ Now add the freshly grounded masala paste and mix well, after 2mins the oil will ooze out 

▶️ Now add the cooked mutton with the stock and mix well with the masalas..

▶️ Close the pan and wait for 10mins, the water will observe completely . 

▶️Now garnish with curry leaves and corriander leaves, immediately transfer to the hot Case .

Notes :

* Adjust the spicy level as per your choice 

* Measurement for 500gm , you can adjust the measurement level..
