Chicken Potato Curry
Grinding
Ingredients -1
Corriander seeds - 2tbsp
Pepper- 2 tsp.
Cumin seeds -1tsp
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon - 1inch
Cardamom - 2
Cloves - 2
Red chilly - 5/6
Kashimiri chilly - 3
Small onion -5
Coconut - 2tbsp
Ingredients -2
Oil-4tbsp
Chicken - 1kg
Onion -1
Tomato - 1
Potato - 1 (big)
GG paste - 1tbsp
Curry leaves
Corriander leaves
Method:
🔺In a kadaai add oil and saute everything under ingredients 1
🔺Once it's cool down grind it to a fine paste
🔺In a same kadaai add 4 tbsp oil and add finely chopped onion and saute well.. Then add Gg paste and tomato and it should be soft and mushy..
🔺Add Potato and chicken and mix well, after 10mins add the grounded paste and cook for 15mins .. Add 1cup water and close the pan with lid
🔺Once chicken cooked garnish with curry and corriander leaves and serve with hot rice
Notes:
**You can directly add the potato when you add chicken,else you can boil them separately and add at the last
