 Whole Wheat Bread 



Ingredients :


Wheat flour - 3cups

Salt - 1/2tsp

Oil - 2tbsp

Yeast - 2tsp

Sugar - 1tbsp

Butter - 2tbsp

Warm water - 1cup


 Method  :


🔸First add yeast and sugar and the warm water,  wait for 10mins, let it raise 


🔸Add flour, oil, salt and mix well, and add the butter knead till you get smooth dough ,it will take 10-15mins (I used electric beater)


🔸Make a smooth dough and cover with cling wrap and wait for 30 mins 


🔸It will be double the size 


🔸After that knead for 5mins and make a cylinderical shape and place in the loaf pan and cover it again 


🔸let's wait for another 15mins


🔸Apply a milk on the top and sprinkle some sesame seed 


🔸Preheat the oven in 190C and bake for 30minutes 



🔸Once it's done apply butter on the top
