Roadside Kalan




Ingredients -1

Mushroom - 100gm (finely chopped) 
Cabbage - 200gm (finely chopped) 
Garam masala - 1/2tsp
Kashmiri chilly powder - 2tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1tsp
Salt - as you need
Maida - 2tbsp
Corn flour - 1.5tbsp

Oil - for frying 

Ingredients -2

Oil - 2tsp
Onion - finely chopped 
Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
Chilly powder - 1tsp
Tomato sauce - 1tbsp
Soya sauce - 1/2tsp
Water - 1/4cup

For garnish

Onion - finely chopped 
Corriander leaves - finely chopped 

Method :

1. Clean the mushroom , cabbage and finely chopped them & keep aside

2. Take a wide bowl and add under ingredients-1 and mix together, don't add water,mushroom have enough water

3.Make a small ball and fry them in oil

4.Now take another pan and add oil, onion and saute well for 2mins. Further  add turmeric powder, chilly powder,tomato sauce soya sauce and mix together

5.Pour 1/4cup water and add the fried mushrooms and cook for 2mins (adjust the consistency) 

6.finally add the chopped onions and corriander leaves on the top and serve hot
