Pressure cooker Vanila Cake



Ingredients :

All purpose flour – 1.5 cup
Powdered sugar  - 1cup
Egg   -  2
Butter (salted) – 1/2 cup
Baking powder – 1.5 tsp
Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
Milk – 1/2 cup

Method :

🔸First grease with butter in cake tin and dust some flour & keep aside 

🔸Now preheat the pressure cooker for 15mins with one layer of salt 

🔸Take a bowl and add the butter and whisk well (you can use electric batter)  and add the powdered sugar and whisk well

🔸Add the egg one by one and beat again 

🔸Now add the Vanila essence and beat, then seive the flour and baking powder and whisk well 

🔸Finally add the milk and mix again 

🔸Pour the batter into cake tin 

🔸Place the vessel carefully inside the cooker.

🔸Close the cooker and bake for 40mins to 1 hour with low flame 

🔸Check after 40mins with wooden pick or knife, if it comes out clean your cake is ready else bake for some moretime

Note :

** Everything should be room temperature 

** Don't use mixie to make batter it will be like watery 

** I used salted butter,so no need to add the salt. If it's unsalted butter need to add 1/4tsp salt

** No need to put the gasket and whistle
