Chicken Pepper Masala



Ingredients 

Chicken -500gm 
Onion - 1 (finely chopped) 
Ginger Garlic paste - 1tsp 
Curry leaves - 1sprig

For temper :

Oil -1.5tbsp
Cinnamon - 1small stick
Cardamom - 2
Cloves -2
Salt - as you need

For grinding 

Pepper - 1.5tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1tsp 
Fennel seeds - 1tsp

Method :

👀First grind the masala powder under grinding and keep aside 

👀Wash and clean the chicken 

👀Now take a pan and add oil, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves let it temper, add the chopped onions and saute untill change light brown colour 

👀Add the Ginger garlic paste and saute untill raw smells goes off

👀Then add the washed chicken and saute for 5mins without adding water (coz chicken release some water) 

👀Now add the freshly grounded masala powder and mix it,  add little water and adjust the consistency 

👀 Once it's cooked garnish with curry leaves 

Notes 

*** Use freshly grounded masala powder ,so that you can feel the taste 

*** Use the chicken with bone

*** Stir the chicken after adding masala else it will stuck under the pan..
