Aloo capsicum Masala



Ingredients 
 
Potato - 3 (medium) 
Capsicum -1
Onion - 1(big,finely chopped) 
Tomato - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp
Chilly powder - 2tsp
Corriander powder - 1tsp
Garam masala - 1/2tsp
Salt - as you need 
Corriander leaves - few

Ingredients for tempering

Oil / butter - 1tbsp
Cinnamon - 1stick 
Cardamom - 2
Cloves -2

Method

🔸First cut the potato in medium size cubes, also cut the capsicum in medium size as show in picture 

🔸Take a kadaai and add oil and add cinnamon, cardamom and cloves,let it temper 

🔸Add the finely chopped onions and saute well till its change colour and tomato and cook untill it's soft and mushy 

🔸Now the potatos and mix, add chilly powder, corriander powder,salt and little water.. (potato will cook in 10-15mins) 

🔸Once potato cooked in 3/4th add the capsicum and mix well, adjust the consistency and add the Garam masala 

🔸Finally garnish with fresh corriander leaves 

Note:

** You can separately boil the potatos instead of this 

** At the final stage you can add fresh cream / Malaai.  It will give you  restaurant style
