Green Bean Curry

Green Bean curry



Ingredients 

Fresh Green beans-250gm 

Shallots- 6 

Garlic - 3

Green chilly - 3

Oil - 2tbsp

Mustard seeds - 1/4tsp

Turmeric powder - 1/4tsp

Chilly powder - 1/2tsp

Coconut milk thick - 1/4cup

Coconut milk thin - 1cup

Salt - as needed

Curry leaves - 1sprig

Method: 
 
🔹First wash the  Beans and cut them as slight angle and keep aside

🔹Add oil in a pan and add mustard seeds let it temper, and add small onion, garlic and saute well

🔹Now add the beans and saute it for 2mins and add salt,turmeric powder and chilly powder. 

🔹Pour the thin coconut milk and mix well with beans and close with lid (simmer)

🔹Make sure to give a stir the beans until it cooked 

🔹Once beans cooked add the thick coconut milk and cook for another 2mins 

🔹Finally garnish with curry leaves
