Tea kadai butter biscuit 😋
Ingredients :1
All purpose flour - 1 cup (instead of you can use atta)
Powdered sugar - 1/4 cup
Salt -1 pinch
Butter (unsalted) - 1 stick (1/2cup)
🔸Whisk butter and powdered sugar in bowl make a smooth creamy paste
🔸Add the flour and salt mixture to the butter and make soft stiff dough
🔸Stretch and make a cylinderical shape and cut it or You may also roll out the dough and cut into different shapes using fancy cookie cutters.
Line up Them in baking tray
🔸Preheat the oven 180d Celsius for 10-12 minutes.. Place the tray in middle of the rack and it will take 17-19 minutes and you have a keep an eye for the last few minutes because they tend to brown fast.
🔸 once the edges turned out golden colour take out from oven..
🔸Top will be little soft once it's completely cool down it will be crispy
