Semiya Payasam / Paal Payasam






Ingredients :

Milk - 500ml
Semiya - 1/2cup
Sugar -1/2cup
Cashew -10-15( broken)
Cardamom -3 (crushed) 
Ghee - 1tbsp

Method :

🔹In a thick bottomed pan add ghee and fry cashew till light golden colour and take it out keep aside

🔹Now in the same pan add broken Semiya and saute for 2-3 minutes in low flame and keep aside, you can see light golden colour

🔹Add milk let it boil, now add the Semiya cook well,

🔹Once it's cooked add condensed milk and sugar

🔹Wait for 3 minutes and add the fried cashew and cardamom powder and serve hot or chill
