Poori



Ingredients

Wheat flour - 2cup
Salt -1/2 tsp
Oil - 2tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1 tsp

Method :

🔺In a bowl add flour, oil, ghee and salt mix well.. 

🔺Add little by little water and mix with flour and made a smooth dough

🔺The dough should not be too softor tight

🔺Divided into small balls,roll out into circle.Not too thick or thin

🔺Heat oil in kadai,wait until bubbles  just starts to come.

🔺 Then keep it in medium flame and drop the rolled puri in the oil carefully.

🔺Oil should be enough to immense the puri

🔺Serve Poori with Potato masala
