Peanut/Verkadalai chutney

Peanut - 1/4cup
Coconut grated - 2tbsp
Red chilly -3
Garlic cloves -2
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4tsp
Urad dhall - 1/4tsp
Curry leaves - 6

Method :
🔹Take a wide pan add peanut and dry roast till golden colour

🔹Once it's cool down remove the skin and transfer to mixie jar and add coconut red chilly,salt,garlic and little water

🔹Grind them as a chutney consistency

🔹Take a little pan and add oil, mustard seed, urad dhall..  Once start splattering add curry leaves and pour them into chutney

🔹Serve with hot idly or dosai
