Recipe :
**For Marination **
Chicken - 500grams (with or without bone)
Kashmiri chilly powder - 2tbsp
Corriander powder - 1tbsp
Garam masala - 1tsp
Pepper - 1/2tsp
Salt - 1tsp
Lemon -1
Egg - 1
Curd - 3tbsp
Corn flour - 2tbsp
Oil - 1tsp
Oil for frying
Temper :
Curry leaves - 6
Method :
🔸First take one bowl and add all the ingredients under marination
🔸Marinate for at least 1-2 hours
🔸After 1 hour add the chicken pieces one by one in oil.. Do not over crowded at the same time..
🔸Fry them with low flame it will take around 10 minutes
🔸Wait until get golden brown
🔸Finally Fry some curry leaves and garnish in the chicken
🔸Enjoy your starter with Rice or Briyani
