VadaCurry/ வடகறி Ingredients - 1 Chana dhall - 1/2cup Dry red chilly - 2 Fennel seeds - 1/4tsp Salt - 1/4 tsp Ingredients -2 Oil - 2tbsp Cinnamon - 1 inch Cardamom -3 Cloves - 3 Fennel seeds - 1/4tsp Onion - 1 (finely chopped)  Tomato - 1 (big, finely chopped)  Ginger garlic paste - 1/2tsp Chilly powder - 2tsp Corriander powder - 1tsp Curry leaves - 1sprig  Corriander leaves - 2tbsp  Water - 1/2cup Ingredients -3  Grated coconut - 3tbsp Water - 1/4cup (warm water)  Method : 🌶 Soak the Chana dal for 1hour and strain the water and add into the mixer jar, also add the red chilly, fennel seeds add little water grind it to coarse consistency  🌶 Now take the grinded Chana dal batter and make adai in dosa tawa, (add little extra oil)  wait for 5mins and turn into another side and break them into small pieces & keep aside 🌶 Take a kadai add oil and add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and fennel seeds, let it temper  🌶Add onion and let it transulc...

  Thalapakatti Mutton Briyani  Ingredients - 1 Shallots - 10 Green chilly - 4/5 Ginger - 1 small piece Garlic - 5  Cinnamon - 1 Cardamom - 3 Cloves - 3 Marathi mooku - 1 (small piece)  Bay leaves - 1 Fresh turmeric - 1 (medium size)  Ingredients - 2 Mutton - 500gm Oil - 1tbsp Water - 1.5 cups Curd - 1tbsp  Salt - 1tsp Ingredients  - 3 Seeragasamba Rice - 2cups Oil - 2tbsp Ghee - 1tbsp Onion - 1 (big, thinly sliced)  Tomato - 1 (thinly sliced)  Corriander leaves - hand full (finely chopped)  Mint leaves - hand full (finely chopped) Chilly powder - 1tsp Salt - as you need Method : ▶️ First grind everything in mixer jar under ingredients 1  and keep a side ▶️ Wash the rice and soak it for 20mins  ▶️ Take a pressure cooker add oil and add the freshly grounded masala paste and mix well then add the mutton,salt,curd and add 1.5cups of water and cook the mutton in low flame  ▶️Once the pressure done remove the mutton from the st...

  Mutton Sukka Ingredients :1 Mutton - 500gm Water - 1.5cups Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp Salt - 1/2tsp Ingredients - 2 Oil - 2tsp Cinnamon - 1 inch Cardamom - 3 Cloves - 3 Corriander seeds - 2tbsp Pepper - 1tsp Cumin seeds - 1tsp Fennel seeds - 1/2tsp Kashimiri chilly -2 Red chilly whole - 5 Shallots - 5  Curry leaves  - 1sprig Ingredients -3 Oil - 4tbsp Onion - 1 (big, finely chopped)  Ginger garlic paste - 1tsp Curry leaves - 1 sprig  Corriander leaves - 1tbsp  Salt - as you need  Method   ▶️  First clean the Mutton and cut into small pieces and take a pressure cooker add mutton, salt, turmeric and water and wait for 4-5 whistle or untill mutton get soft ▶️ Take a pan add oil and add  ingredients-2 and roast for few minutes,once it's completely cool down grind it to fine paste (add little water) and keep aside  ▶️ Take a wide pan add oil once it's hot add finely chopped onion and saute well till its light brown colour ,and add Ginger...
