  Vazhaithandu Patchadi/Banana Stem Patchadi Ingredients   Vazhaithandu - 1cup (cut into small dices)  Curd - 2cups (whisked)  Salt- as you need Corriander leaves - few (finely chopped)  Method : 🔺In a wide bowl add whisked curd,salt and mix it  🔺Now add the diced vazhaithandu and mix it well with curd  🔺Garnish with corriander leaves  Notes : ** You can add green chillies if your spicy lover ** Eat the patchadi after 2-3 hours, it will nicely soaked with curd  ** Don't take too much at cold weather

  Chicken Potato Curry   Grinding Ingredients -1 Corriander seeds - 2tbsp Pepper- 2 tsp. Cumin seeds -1tsp Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp Cinnamon - 1inch Cardamom - 2 Cloves - 2 Red chilly - 5/6 Kashimiri chilly - 3 Small onion -5 Coconut - 2tbsp Ingredients -2 Oil-4tbsp Chicken - 1kg Onion -1 Tomato - 1 Potato - 1 (big)  GG paste - 1tbsp Curry leaves Corriander leaves Method: 🔺In a kadaai add oil and saute everything under ingredients 1 🔺Once it's cool down grind it to a fine paste 🔺In a same kadaai add 4 tbsp oil and add finely chopped onion and saute well..  Then add Gg paste and tomato and it should be soft and mushy.. 🔺Add Potato and chicken and mix well,  after 10mins add the grounded paste  and cook for 15mins .. Add 1cup water and close the pan with lid 🔺Once chicken cooked garnish with curry and corriander leaves and serve with hot rice Notes : **You can directly add the potato when you add chicken,else you can boil them separately and add at the las...
